Award Criteria:

* VCTLA Member (may join after nomination);

* Noteworthy Civil Trial Results (jury or bench trials in 2008);

* Contributions to the Legal Community and to the Betterment of the Civil Justice System;

* Demonstrates High Standards of Ethics, Civility, Courage & Advocacy.
